Let’s start with first contact. Frank replied to my call promptly and with a cheerful professional demeanor. He looked at photos of my tree and we arranged the appointment. His quote was fair and honestly, I had expected to pay more. The team showed up on time and picked up debris as it fell. They were careful around the shrubs/trees that flank the palm to ensure there wasn’t any damage. Upon completion, they picked everything up, raked the yard and scouted the area for stray bits. I am already planning to call them again for more yard services. Frank and his team are real pros.

It was very fast to get on his schedule too, and the work only took about 2.5 hours for my 4 trees! They really did a great job and I appreciate the opportunity to have them come work on my yard, Frank’s a very nice guy and he knows trees! (Which is good bc I don’t at all) They hauled everything even the little extra yard refuse we already had! The work speaks for itself but the customer service is outstanding too!

Frank maintains all the trees on my property. Several Mesquite trees in my yard had previously been poorly trimmed and Frank re-made those trees into the beautiful, full-canopied majesties they were meant to be. Frank not only trims, but uses his eye for symmetry and balance to follow the natural growth of the trees to produce stunning results. He is extremely knowledgeable and explains exactly what he plans to do and why it needs to done before he begins. Frank’s prices are reasonable and fair. We used Top Notch Tree Service to remove 2 large mesquite trees and grind the stumps below grade. One tree was in a tough location with many large branches overhanging an aluminum shade canopy. Top Notch did a fantastic job of removing both trees safely and professionally. They were very responsive from the initial phone call. This was a commercial job and within. 3 business days of calling they were onsite and performing the work. Very professional and experienced.
